Hello, we are posting on behalf of our landlord - looking for a postgrad, female, non-smoking student (as per landlord’s request) to take over a single room in our 4-bed flat near Canonmills.
We are three female students from the UK and abroad in our mid/late-twenties. Our previous flatmate left after finishing her degree and we are looking for someone who would fit into our friendly, respectful community. Two of us are PhD students and sometimes work in the flat so we value quietness, but also enjoy each other’s company - going for walks and meals, having a good conversation in the kitchen, seeing a film etc. We would particularly prefer someone who is communicative, responsible and willing to help take care of the flat as much as we do to keep it a happy, restful place.
About the room: Single bed, £240 per month (+bills); bathroom and kitchen are shared by all four; available 1st May
