En-suite room near Haymarket in Edinburgh

Hi, my name is Mingli and I am a student of the University of Edinburgh.

I want to find a replacement tenant for my en-suite room at student accommodation IQ Grove for the remaining academic year (until 24th August 2024). I am moving out to live with my friends and want to sublet this room. The tenant must be a university student. The accommodation is on Grove Street near the Haymarket station, Edinburgh. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops nearby.

The rent is 249 pounds per week. All bills are included in the rent. In the flat, the kitchen is shared with four other students and there is a private bathroom in the room. All the facilities are pretty good.

Good connections to: - UoE George Square campus (~23 min walk, ~8 min cycle, ~16 min bus) - UoE Edinburgh College of Arts campus (~15 min walk, ~4 min cycle).
