The room comes fully furnished: a single bed with under-bed storage, desk workspace, storage space and wardrobe. The room is nice and bright but still private. The window faces onto a private fenced-off area.
This flat has a 51-week tenancy ending in August 2024. Bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Residents can also use the bike storage, an in-house gym, study spaces, on-site laundry facilities and social spaces.
The room will be available from the 5th of January; however, it can be made available sooner if required.
