Double room available in a large two bedroom flat in Canonmills from 1st February for up to three months. Private bathroom and off road parking. You will likely have the flat to yourself the majority of the time but I will be there about once a month.
The living room has big bay windows, 42" TV, very comfy corner sofa and armchair and dining area. The kitchen is separate and has a dishwasher and washing machine and another dining area. The development is very well built and warms up quickly. It is a second floor flat.
Powderhall is a quiet complex. There is a Lidl and a Tesco five minutes walk away. Leith walk is a 15 minute walk away and is great for restaurants and bars as is Broughton St (15 mins walk) and also Stockbridge (20 mins walk). There are also several nice pubs within 5-10 mins walk of the flat.
There is also a really great network of paths behind the flat which can be used for running/walking/cycling and you can walk all the way to Leith Shore along the river.
