Flat mate wanted for a 2 bed share in Corstorphine

Hello!

I am advertising an unfurnished bedroom for rent within a 2 bedroom flat in Corstorphine (Clermiston area). I am looking for a single professional female who works full time to move in with me ASAP!!
*Please note the bedroom picture is for reference only - it comes fully unfurnished.*

A little about me: I am a young professional female who works a in a law firm in the city centre. I love to cook, watch movies and go on spontaneous day trips. I like sport and music (i sing A LOT!).

There is a lovely large livingroom with a balcony, bathroom and kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The flat is very modern and i am very open to changing things about the place to make the space better etc! The broadband is really fast and the bus routes are very direct (and frequent!) into city centre or to the airport.

The rent is £500pcm and bills £200pcm on top. A £500 deposit is also required to secure the room.
