The room has plenty of storage space with a 3/4 bed, mattress, wardrobes, under-bed storage, long table, and heater. You share a toilet with one more flatmate (male). There is also a lift in the building. It is also close to a Sainsbury's, restaurants, Starbucks, and a gym just 2 minutes away. Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from after 30th May to around end of August. I am open to negotiating the price.
