I’m looking for a student to take over my lease for a single en-suite room with a shared kitchen at Prestige Student Living Straits Meadow (61-63 London Road, Edinburgh, EH7 6AA). It is available any time and the contract ends 31st August 2024.
The rent is £190 per week and includes all utility bills and WiFi. The room is on the 1st floor (above the ground floor) with an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. There are 4 other single rooms in the flat and we share a kitchen. The whole accommodation is clean, modern and warm. There are 3 female and 1 male flatmates.
There are local amenities nearby including a Sainsbury's supermarket and bus stops right outside. The centre of Edinburgh is also within walking distance. Happy to answer any questions.
