Rent is £850 which includes wifi (not include council tax, gas and electricty). A deposit of £400 is required , which would be returned at the end of your stay.
I'm going back to my hometown at the end of March, so the room will be available for six months. The other room is currently rented to a very friendly female. We are looking for a clean, considerate, non-smoking professional. My roommate usually works from 9 a. m. to 6 p. m. Monday to Friday.
