I am 22 year old Industrial Placement student who works full-time as a Software Engineer. Unfortunately, my friend is moving away to London, so there is a vacant room in this 2 bedroom flat.
Away from work, I am social and compete in weightlifting and skate. I do like to go out to eat and do fun things out in Edinburgh.
Bills and Council Tax

If you are a student, there is no council tax since I am a student as well. If you are not, I expect you to contribute 75% of it since I already bring in a discount being a student. This is approximately £120 pcm.
Virgin Media Wifi Broadband is £14 pcm.
Energy Bills also fluctuate depending on usage but are approximately £68 pcm.
