I'm looking for a flatmate in a creative space with my dog Rolo (will attach photo🐾) the flat was unfurnished but I've finished the living room and have a twin mattress for the second room. My current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend so looking for a more long-term flatmate who is great with dogs!
I am an artist who loves doing crafty things with my friends and use a third smaller room as a studio which I'm more than happy to share with a fellow creative. If you'd love to move in but will struggle furnishing message me and I'll see if I can help x
The flat is spacious and 5 mins from the bus 21,26 and 1. Rent is 600/month excluding bills. Will update with photos of the place with items in it soon. The location is 30/4 Alan Breck Gardens EH4 7hx. Thinking of signing a swap over start of June ish
I also live with chronic illness so empathy and understanding around that would be great or those with shared loved experiences are more than welcome. I am on track to have a medical worker occasionally in the flat for a few hours a fortnight so again just an understanding of this would be great. 🤗💕
