Single modern room with en-suite bathroom, double-bed and 7 lovely flatmates. Large kitchen with multiple hobs and fridges, plenty storage space and a living area with a TV. Ultra-fast WIFI and cycle storage.

Grocery stores, restaurants, gas station, gym and bus stop (direct bus to the city - apprx. 15 min) directly infront of the accommodation. Safe environment with 24/7 security available and nice outside courtyard directly by the water of leith and rose garden.

Community room with pool table, study rooms and free events from the accommodation. PS4 and games available and many friendly young people.

All bills are included in the rent. (Except for a small fee for laundry when using the machines)

I am a german student, wanting to leave my lease early as my studies are finished in June. The contract is until August 24th. Your lease would be until this date if not otherwise managed with the accommodation.
