The single room is furnished with a single bed, desk and rolling chair, side table, soft chair, bookshelf, full length mirror, and wardrobe with drawers and space for hanging clothes. Common areas are professionally cleaned once per week.
The flat consists of 6 single bedrooms and 2 shared toilet/shower rooms. The large kitchen/living area is fitted with double ovens, a hob, microwave, kettle, dining table, sofas, chairs, and television and overlooks a private courtyard. Roof terraces overlook Calton Hill and Arthur's Seat!

CURRENT RESIDENTS: 2 females and 3 males, ages 20-30. All are University of Edinburgh postgraduate students, studying maths, TESOL, nursing management, and organisational psychology. All are kind, tidy, quiet, and welcoming.
