Room is very nice where you can see Edinburgh’s skyline (Arthur’s Seat, Scott Monument, Murrayfield Stadium, etc) out of the window. The (vacant) bed is next to the window.
Get personal spaces for cabinets, refrigerator shelf(es), and a freezer box in a shared kitchen /common room facility (they’re already reserved so you don’t have to arrange it with the other flatmates, only 5 people).
Located in a quiet neighbourhood with immediate shopping centres (Edinburgh West Retail: Aldi, MnS Food Hall, Poundland, Asda, etc), pubs, eateries/restos, and grocery shops. Only a 4 min/6 min walk to the bus stop. Services are frequent. Available services: 3, 25, 30, 33; 35.
You will need to only pay for 989.68 pounds (in a twice-payment system, ie 494.84 pounds each), to stay until 30th August 2024.
Only suitable for a male (due to landlord regulations), fully matriculated student (no need to pay for council tax), from any Edinburgh-based university (Uni of Edinburgh/Edinburgh Napier/Heriot-Watt, etc).
