Edinburgh Haymarket short-term rentals £112.5/week

Haymarket apartment is urgently available for rent at an extremely low price due to my upcoming training in my home country. The apartment is available from July 1st to August 24th. Short-term rentals are also possible.

The original price was £220 per week, but now it's only £112.5 per week, the lowest price across all platforms (currently, there are hardly any houses in Edinburgh for less than £180). If calculated daily, it's £15 per day. There's also a discount for renting the entire unit at once! As a mention, this is a United Student apartment, and official contracts are only available for students. Have you already graduated? If you're not a student, we might need to consider subletting privately.

The room type is a classic en-suite with a separate bathroom, a large floor-to-ceiling window on the first floor overlooking a lawn, providing a nice environment. It's conveniently located, with Huamei Chinese supermarket just three minutes away, a large British supermarket one minute away, and Haymarket train station only a six-minute walk.

The room comes fully equipped with bedding, and if you rent, you'll receive a free kettle, water bucket, rice cooker, computer stand, and other household items (everything in the picture except the computer). There are two male roommates in the five-person flat, one Chinese and one Italian, both friendly and clean.
