Double En-suite Room Available

Hello! I’m Hayley and I’m looking for a flatmate to move in around the beginning of June.

My current flatmate is relocating so although the flat is technically unfurnished I have a lot of furniture that can be shared. Potential opportunity to buy the furniture that already furnishes the room available.

Flat is a 3 bedroom flat but I will be your only other flatmate. Third bedroom is shared for day to day use (washing, ironing etc) and is available for visitors to use :-)
There is a large open plan sitting room/kitchen that is shared. This is all furnished and fully equipped!
Your room has an en-suite.
There is parking available outside the flat.

Looking for a female flatmate who is clean, tidy and happy to be social. I’m a shift worker so essential that the new flatmate respectful of this. Due to circumstances the flat would not be suitable for those who work from home.

Flat is located very close to the Royal Infirmary and has good bus links directly into city centre.
