Hi! I’m Looking for someone to take over my student only tenancy ASAP preferring, but from May 1 2024 at The Mill House, Gorgie, Edinburgh.

The room is a lovely spacious ensuite, The Mill House is only a few streets away from the BT Murrayfield Stadium, as well as plenty of local amenities including bars, restaurants, and shops. Fancy a McDonalds? No problem, it’s only a three-minute stroll from the room. The ensuite room features a roomy work area with a comfy double bed, bags of storage, an en suite shower room and a shared kitchen/living space kitted out with a snazzy flat-screen TV. The flat is 15 minutes away from the city centre and a 10 minute bus from Edinburgh Napier University, and close to other universities. All utilities are included! with a laundry room, gym, games room, and study room in the building.
