Unfurnished room available in Stockbridge

Following a rent increase, I'm seeking a discreet, clean and tidy professional to share the quiet basement flat I have been renting for two years. Ideally, someone who removes their shoes and wash their hands when they get home.

I prefer a female flatmate because I experienced domestic abuse. There isn't a shared living room, and access to the kitchen is through my room. For the reasons mentioned above, visitors aren't allowed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, a fan oven and a fridge (without a freezer compartment). The City's best butcher, fishmonger and artisan cheese shop are in the adjacent streets.

There already was a washing machine, but I've preferred to invest in a washer-dryer to prevent dampness and mould.

The spacious southeast-facing bedroom is unfurnished and has a walk-in closet. It comes with a brand-new single mattress, as I know it can take time to unearth and have furniture delivered.

The property is surrounded by green spaces (Dean Gardens, Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanic Garden). There is also a peaceful communal garden at the rear of the building.

All bills are included (council tax, energy and broadband). The room is available immediately and for a move-in on or before the 1st of May. If you are interested, take a few minutes to introduce yourself and send me your availability.
