The room is really cosy with a large window, window seat, single bed, wardrobe, desk and book shelf. It's a convenient location, one street from the Royal Mile and 10 mins walk from the George square main campus or Edinburgh Waverly train station. You share with 5 tidy and friendly flatmates (3 girls, 2 boys) studying Masters programs. Bills are included as well as a weekly cleaner! The flat has two modern bathrooms with showers and a large kitchen/living room including sofas, dining table and TV.
