Fully furnished room available in a three bedroom flat with 2 other friendly people, one boy (21) and one girl (20). The flat includes a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, a shared bathroom and furnished living room, parking and a garden. A deposit of £570 is needed as well as the first month’s rent.

The flat is situated in an ideal location with bus stops walking distance away, located near Edinburgh Napier Sighthill University and Heriot Watt University not far away. A Tescos, Asda and Aldi accessible by bus. The rent is £495 per person, per month (not including bills), it comes to around £550 including bills, but bills may vary month to month. We would like to rent out to a student aged 20 and above as we’re both going to be in 4th year so would need a mature and clean flatmate willing to do their part in the flat, we’d also need someone who is LGBTQ friendly

We’d like to have someone secure the room within the next two or so weeks and ideally have someone that would like to stay at least a year.
