🏘 We am looking for a flatmate/couple to move into my large room with ensuite at an epic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in sunny Bonnington ☀️ (next to Leith) which I am so sad to be leaving. Move in anytime from early May onwards.

🛌 The room itself is furnished with a king size bed and has plenty of storage space and it's own bath/shower ensuite.

🛋 This place has an enormous living and dining area and it's own little back garden with chairs and a table which is perfect for hosting. All in all it feels more like a home than a flatshare.

🚗 There is also a carpark available in the complex if that suits your needs at no extra cost.

🚍 There are great connections into town with Princes St just a 10 minute bus or 25 minute walk. There is also the world's best hangover takeaway shop, Bonnington Brunch a mere 50m from the doorstep.

💸The rent is 725 for the room (for a single) and would be 800 for a couple. Additional costs would be 100 for council tax and 50 for bills and internet.

🚶‍♂️You would be living with a 28 year old young professional flatmate who is super easy going and tidy, and has an impressive whiskey collection. Lawrence is super active and big into climbing (bonus points if you are too ✨️. We are good friends - he'll probably end up cooking you roasts and Saturday fry-ups too. We are looking for flatmate(s) who are friendly and would like to socialise every now and then but are happy in their personal space too.
