Double room in EH11 available for summer

A lovely little flat in the Polwarth/Fountainbridge area with good bus links to the city centre and shops. I am leaving at the end of May for an internship and will need to be back in the flat by mid September, but I am flexible with exact dates. You will be living with one other girl who is a student and 21 years old. We just ask that you tidy up after yourself, contribute to shared household cleaning, and water the plants!

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, side tables, desk, drawers, clothing rack, and full length mirror. Some of these are my personal items but I have no problem leaving them to be used, but I'm also happy to remove them if you would rather not have them around.

The flat is in council tax band C, as the other person living here is a student and exempt from council tax we would ask if any professionals were to move in they would pay the entire council tax themselves. The council tax will be 25% reduced due to the other flatmates' student exemption.
