I have a bright and spacious furnished double bedroom available for rent from the 1st of June in a 2-bedroom flat in the Stenhouse Gardens North area (EH11 3EL), which is a very quiet and green neighbourhood on the west side of Edinburgh.

The flat offers excellent public transport access, with the Stenhouse Grove bus stop just 1 minute away. Buses numbered 1, 2, 22, and N22 can take you to Princes Street in just 20 minutes. Additionally, the Soughton and Balgreen tram stops provide quick access to the airport or city centre within 20 minutes. Buses numbered 3, 25, 34, 35, and 36 are within a 5-minute walk.

Conveniently located nearby are various shops including Tesco, Scotmid, Greggs, and fish and chip shops. The flat is also just a 10-minute walk from the West Edinburgh Retail Park, which features ASDA 24h, ALDI, Sainsbury's, and more. Pure Gym is also just a 5-minute walk away.
