Double bedroom in Marchmont student flat

Double bedroom available in Marchmont for 2024/25 academic year (start date is 1st September, end date can be flexible but probably until the end of May or June). Rent is £570pcm with bills normally £45-60 each/month. Deposit is £400.

Looking for a FEMALE STUDENT as my flatmate and I are both female students.

You’d be living with two female final year students both studying art and art history. We’re looking for a flatmate who’s respectful and tidy (we’ll have a cleaning rota!) but friendly too! We’d love a flatmate who we can have dinners, movie nights, and maybe the occasional library session with. Non-smokers please!

The flat is newly renovated and is 15 minute walk from main Edinburgh uni campus. TV license and really fast WiFi included in rent price. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, double bed, under bed storage, desk and chair, bedside table and full size mirror, and faces the communal garden. The bathroom is shared between 2 of the rooms (the other room has an en-suite) and has a bath/shower. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, separate washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher. The living room is currently a bedroom but will be converted back into a living room over summer (I’ve used old pictures so the furniture in the living room will be different, but will have a tv, desk, sofa etc.)
