Two rooms available in a flat in Marchmont!

The flat is a couple of streets over from the Meadows, with buses 9, 24 and 5 nearby. The smaller bedroom is facing the gardens and has a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. The big bedroom (originally the living room) has a bay window overlooking the street, double bed, desk, wardrobe and some drawers.

Looking for two young professionals to share the flat with me (26). I’ve been living here for the past 3 years and I would love for my next flatmates to be my friends and stay for the long term!

I love having people around for dinners, exploring Edinburgh (especially finding new cafes and charity shops), reading and playing video games, doing yoga and caring for a bunch of plants! I am pretty social and chatty but also need alone time to recharge. ☺️ I also travel a lot so need someone who'll water my plants while I am away!

I'm also very big on cleanliness and tidiness so ideally looking for someone who is similar minded and doesn’t mind sticking to a cleaning schedule. I’d also be down to split the costs for a cleaner every couple of weeks.

Rent is £470 for the small room and £522 for the big one plus ~£150 for bills, wifi and council tax, available from June 30th.
Professionals preferred as landlord requires a proof of income.
