It’s a 5 bed flat over 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, large separate kitchen and living room, shared garden. Super spacious and homely feel. Location is excellent, we’re right next to the Links / Meadows, 20 minute walk to Prince’s Street.

Rent will be £565 till September, then will increase to £595 from September onwards.

Council tax= around £60 per person per month

Bills= Vary seasonally, approx. £30/40 each in the summer months and around £100 in winter. + wifi.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally young professionals, mid to late 20s.

We value a clean space so much, because it’s a large house with 5 flat mates, keeping on top of the cleaning with rotas and respect is really crucial.

We’ve lived here for a few years and it feels like a home, we’d love to share with people who would want to contribute to this setting and respect the space as much as we do.

Who you’ll be sharing with:
2 women both 25.

We have dinner parties and picnics often, we love art, museums, pubs, crafts etc and it would be great to share with friendly and warm people who share similar interests.
