It's literally a 60s walk to Holyrood Park, as we live very near Holyrood Palace. 25mins to Waverley Station / Princes Street / and St. James Centre, 20mins to Calton Hill, and 6mins to the next bus stop (Abbeyhill), which has regular connections pretty much anywhere. And Portobello is literally a straight walk downhill.

You'd be living with a girl (25F) Who works from home 3 to 4 days a week and spend her afternoons climbing, pole dancing and hanging out with friends. She is pretty chill about most things, the only thing that would be important to her is keeping the place clean and hygienic, esp shared areas.
