Small double room to sublet in Abbeyhill

Looking to sublet out my room in a 3-bed flatshare in Abbeyhill, just off holyrood park, while I'm out the country

I'm looking for someone who can move in at some point in August. I'm pretty flexible with the end date for the right person, although I'd need the room back by the end of the year. Let me know what's ideal for you and we can go from there.

With bills included it comes to around £650pcm. This would be a pretty informal arrangement with me still paying the rent, so do let me know how you'd feel about this so we're all on the same page:)

You'd be sharing with three lovely flatmates, plus Arty our elderly feline friend who will love you if you can provide the exact amount of attention she wants.
We've a mental health nurse, a baker, a DJ/producer, and waterscape professional amongst other things! We'll sort a call so you can get to know everyone a lil better before you commit:)

Everyone's very laid back, creative in their own way and happy to share stuff. Everyone tends to do their own thing during the week and everyone is usually up early for work, but have enjoyed plenty chills and the odd party since moving in.

Ground floor flat with entrance directly from the street which gives the place a nice spacious feel. The room itself is fairly small once the double bed is in, but you'd have a decent size wardrobe and chest of drawers - there's also loads of big cupboards throughout the flat.

Said no couples just cause there's only one bathroom but happy to discuss:)
