Double Room in Central Edinburgh Shared Flat

Hello!

We're looking to fill the fourth room of our shared flat in Central Edinburgh.

The property is tucked away between the Grassmarket and Lauriston Place. It's a typical Georgian flat, charming and slightly quirky. The flat has four double bedrooms, a large kitchen space, a bathroom, a shower room, a small spare room, and a lovely shared garden. The available room is unfurnished and has plenty of privacy at the rear of the flat. The room shares a large hallway cupboard for storage. (As the current tenant is in the process of moving out, we will upload pictures of the empty room as soon as we have the chance).

We're a mixed flat of working professionals and mature students. We're a friendly bunch who have all lived together for several years. We enjoy kitchen chats and the occasional hangout. However, we're independently busy people and primarily use the flat to recharge and unwind. Ideally, we want someone who would fit in with this dynamic.

The room is available from 21 May, but we're flexible and willing to hold it for the right person, even if they need a later move-in date.
