Hi, my name is Andria, living in Edinburgh for almost 4yrs.
The flat is a top-floor, overlooking Harrison park in North Merchiston, with Union canal nearby and good transport links. The available double room is spacious with an en-suite.

About me & flat:
I’m an IT professional working from home, who keeps to myself mostly. This is a quiet flat(strictly NO party), so I prefer someone who can keep the flat less noisy, respectful of each other’s privacy & personal space. Happy to hang out for a dinner/lunch and maintain healthy communication. I’m a tidy-as-you-go person, so definitely looking for someone with same mindset. Also it is well maintained flat, hence expected to be proactive in cleaning & tidying up communal spaces.
I’m vegtarian and love cooking.
I enjoy travelling, yoga+meditation, writing, exploring the city in my free time and at times cozily wrapped at home.

Rent is £1225 monthly(To be shared)
