Female flatmate wanted

This flat is a ground floor flat in Newington. It has a separate kitchen and living room, and lots of natural light. It also has a dishwasher and french doors out to the shared garden!

Although the ad says en-suite, the current tenant has the bedroom with the en-suite but as there are only 2 tenants the main bathroom will be yours.

The bedroom pictured has a double bed (behind the desk) and the desk won’t be included. (I’m is a bit tidier than the departing tenant so please try to see past the clutter 🙈).

Rent will be £675 a month, and bills would be roughly £150 a month each. Waverley train station is roughly a 20/25 minute walk, and there are many bus routes nearby.

I tend to be out of the flats quite a bit in the evenings and sometimes work from home. Looking for someone independent who doesn’t mind if the flatmate does their own thing. Also would prefer a professional.
