Room in Deaconess (female student preferred)

room for rent! 705 per month! female student in the university of Edinburgh preferred! I am planning to leave my room early so am looking for someone to take over my lease. The room will be available June through August, with potential to move in slightly earlier. It is an en-suite room in a six-person flat on the first floor of Deaconess House. I think any replacement would need to be a female student. I've really enjoyed being surrounded by parks at Deaconess! It's also a very good deal for Edinburgh with all utilities and internet included.
