Double bedroom available in Ravelston (furnished)

A spacious, furnished double bedroom is available in the desirable, residential area of Ravelston (EH4), within walking distance to Craigleith Retail Centre and with direct access to beautiful woodlands straight from the complex. The flat is close to a good commute route to the city centre (20 minutes with the bus roughly) and it would take around 40 minutes walk. It’s also very close to multiple lovely parks and about 3 minutes way from access to the Roseburn path connecting most of the North through beautiful walks away from the road (great for walking and cycling).

A bit about the flat
The flat comprises of 3 bedrooms altogether. I am currently using the smallest bedroom as a study, and hobby room.

There is 1 shared bathroom, fitted with a bathtub and an electric shower, adjacent to the bedroom available for rent. There is also a shared kitchen, and shared living room/dining space with windows on both side and a south facing balcony.

A bit about me
I am female, 31 years old and a professional. I am bubbly and I work from home 3 times a week (sometimes i go into the office more often depending on what I am working on for the bank I am working for). I absolutely love animals, so if you do have a pet, they would be very welcome if they are housetrained.

I don’t smoke, so I would have a strong preference for a non-smoker, but if you do smoke, it would need to be at the balcony or outside the flat.

Availability
My current flatmate is leaving at the start of July, so the flat can be available from mid- to late- July onwards. Happy to be flexible with the move-in date.

Happy to consider short-term lets (both my last two flatmates were on short terms leases), as long as the flat is your primary location for the duration of your stay (due to licensing reasons).
