Location: City centre, 15 min walk from Waverley Station, 2 min walk from university main library, 5 min walk from major supermarkets on the Nicholson Street. 3 min walk from the closest bus stop. It is a very quiet and convenient community.
Facilities: You will have your own bathroom in the bedroom and share a very large kitchen area with other flatmates. There are two fridges, an oven, a microwave in the kitchen. The bed is single-sized and with bed linen set, and there's a large wardrobe.
Time period: From 18/06/2024 - 30/08/2024
It is very suitable for people coming to Edinburgh for short-term travel or new students coming to study language courses.
Deposit would be £300. No pets, sorry.
