Double room in south Newington

Hi! I'm moving out of my flat to move in with my partner, so my room is up for rent.

You will be sharing with Emily and Gráinne, who are both post-grad students at Edinburgh uni. They're both wonderful flatmates and you'd be very happy to share with them!

The room is a small double, with a fireplace and a desk. There is also a wardrobe included with the room, which is currently in the corridor, as well as a small built in cupboard with shelves.

The flat is a ground floor, main door flat, but is in a very quiet residential area. It has a gas hob as well as dishwasher and washing machine. The windows are all double glazed.

We're looking for another part-time postgrad or professional for council tax reasons. If you're a full-time student that would be okay as long as you're willing to pay half the council tax.

Please note that an in person viewing in required to apply for the flat as well as work reference/guarantor - this is a requirement of the letting agents.
