Sunny room a renovated central flat from 3rd June

Sunny and quiet room in newly renovated flat available ‼️🚨
I am looking for a young female professional who is clean, tidy and friendly to move into the property on June 3rd. The room is in a newly renovated and repainted 2 bedroom flat located in a quiet neighbourhood in the Broughton/Leith area. It’s unfinished so you get a say in how the flat is decorated and furnished. We’d be able to find affordable furnitures from local charity shops and Facebook marketplace/The Meadows Share.

A 15-20 min walk from Sainsbury’s and Aldi shopping centres. The Redbraes Place bus stop has buses to and from city centre every 10 minutes. There’s also a Primal gym and PureGym nearby.

Rent does not include bills. We’d need to share the cost of gas, electricity council tax and WiFi monthly.

I’m a tech entrepreneur and founder of Janki Robotics - an Edinburgh based beauty tech startup backed and funded by Innovate UK and the National Robotarium. I am also a social media influencer documenting my journey as an entrepreneur with a community of over 150,000 across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

I'm a fairly quiet, laid back and responsible person and enjoy going to the gym, cooking, meeting with friends and I also like going on adventures around Scotland and abroad.
