Bus stop is 3 minutes away and meadowbank shopping centre 5 minutes away. 20 minutes walk to Princes Street. A single bedroom in a two bedroom flat. One large bathroom with bath and shower. My flatmate is a professional worker and he would prefer to have another professional person for long term.
Rent will be £500, excluding bills. The bills around £150 per person. Rent goes to the agency and they look after the building for any maintenance issues.
