Hello,
We are looking for a flatmate for our flat near Harrison Park and the Union Canal. Currently there is only my partner living in the flat who is looking for a female flatmate.
We would ideally like a young professional for council tax purposes.
The room is en-suite, vegetarian kitchen, and the flat is well-connected with several bus stops nearby.
We have been living in the same flat for the past 7 years - we prioritise cleanliness, tidiness and mutual respect for each other's space and comfort.
The rent is £620 + 1/2 of bills - (council tax band E)
The room is available from 1 March 2026.
