The room is fully furnished with brand new furniture, including a double bed, bedside table, dining/study table and chair, large wardrobe with built-in chest of drawers, full-length mirror, shelves, hangers, and an armchair. There is also a shared living room and garden/patio.

The rent is £850 per month, including all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, and internet).
