Large double room for rent in central 2 bed flat

Hello! I'm looking for a new flatmate to join a friendly flat in New Town.

The flat is located 15 minutes walking distance from both central train stations and within 2-3 minutes away from bus stops, local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The flat has got 2 bathrooms (you will have your own), a fully equipped kitchen and a huge living room. The room is quite spacious, furnished with a double bed, sofa, desk, table and has plenty of storage space. (Sadly, the dog pictured was just a visitor.)

Preferably looking for a professional or someone that is willing to contribute towards paying the Council tax. I'm also looking for someone that is tidy and is respectful of others' space. The contract starts on January 1st.

I have just finished a PhD at the University of Edinburgh and I'm currently looking for a job in Edinburgh. I'm also a musician but I'm very respectful of others' space. I tend to keep to myself. I'm more than happy to answer any further questions you might have or if you'd like to book a viewing.
