I’m looking for a replacement Tennant for my room at Buccleuch Place Lane (uni managed accommodation). The Tennant must be a matriculated uni of Edinburgh postgrad student.
The room is a single, en-suite with spacious shared kitchen/dining/living room. The other flatmates are all super considerate and lovely. It’s relatively newly built so everything is pretty sleek and facilities are great.
It’s an ideal location, about 30 seconds from the main library, George square and the meadows and 5 minutes from Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and various food places and shops.
Tenancy runs until the end of August 2025.
