Large bright double room available by the meadows

This gorgeous tenement flat is sadly losing one of their tenants, and I'm looking for someone to take her spot.

The room available is the biggest in the flat, and has a brand new bed and a new set of windows. There is a desk for those that wfh, a dresser and a wardrobe.

The living room is lovely, and they have brand new sofas that were put in in January. It is the perfect space for hosting, or just chilling/watching tv. The kitchen has a ton of storage, with drawers and cupboards that we haven't even used. There is a dining table that extends to fit 6 chairs around it, and a drying rack that comes down from the ceiling. We have also just had the boiler replaced and the bath re-enamelled.

We would be sharing a bathroom, with space for storage above the sink. There is also a box room that we are currently using as storage for suitcases/unused furniture and coats/jackets.

I am looking for a flatmate who is clean, friendly and happy to have a glass of wine with me in the evening. I love hosting and I love a pub trip, so it would be great to find someone who is looking for a friend as well as a flatmate. I work 3 days a week from home, and my desk is set up in the living room as my room is not big enough for a desk. I also have my car up here so you would benefit from joint shopping trips if needed :)
