One of the rooms is an en-suite and the other is very large and both are furnished with double beds.
There is a separate kitchen/ dining area and living room that are both very spacious.
Rent is (£775) for the large room and (£800) for the en-suite. Deposit is £975 per room.
Bills and council tax are usually around £105 per month each.
About us. We are two professionals from Belfast who are aged 24. We both went to university in Edinburgh and have decided to stay here. We’re social and like going to pub and cinema and getting up and doing things.
