Hi there, I have 3 double bedrooms available with a shared kitchen, living space and bathroom.

There is a shared drying area that is accessible from the stairwell, this can be used so long as it is used respectfully with the neighbouring flat.

Ideally looking for quieter tenants as two neighbours have young children.

Larger bedroom includes a double bed, large wardrobe, two bedside tables and tv with tv stand.

Two smaller rooms come with a double bed and a larger chest of drawers.

Flat comes fully furnished with tv in living room, L shaped sofa, kitchen complete with plates, bowls, cups, cutlery etc. if any of this is not wanted/needed it can be stored in the loft.

Flat is recently renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom recently fitted.

Free parking on the doorstep. There are good local transport links, including a bus station 2 mins walk away that has stops all over Edinburgh (every 10 mins to city centre) and train 5 min walk away that takes 8 mins to Haymarket (usually hourly). Great local amenities with Lidl, home bargains, Greggs, cinema, Scot mid and much more in shopping centre 5 min walk from the flat. Jd gyms 5 min walk also.

JD gym, Lidl, icelands, farm foods, Greggs and much more are a 5 minute walk from the flat.

Monthly price includes all bills, gas, electricity, WiFi etc
