Flexible schedules but considerate of others’ rest time.
Cleanliness is a priority: No leaving dishes in the sink.
Regular cleaning of the toilet & bathtub, and wiping down water stains after showering.
Separate slippers for upstairs and downstairs.
Cleaning the stove after cooking.
Hosting is welcome, but please give at least a day’s notice if inviting guests.
Keep personal belongings tidy in shared spaces (kitchen, dining table, living room, etc.).

Type: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached house with a lovely front and back garden.
Location: EH16 5JP, a quiet and safe residential area.
15 minutes’ walk to KB campus.
10 minutes’ walk to Cameron Toll Shopping Centre (with Sainsbury's and Aldi).
20-minute bus ride to GS campus.
The available room is a double bedroom located upstairs. The house is shared with two working professionals who maintain regular routines, respect shared spaces, and are open to communication.
Rent Details:
Rent: £592/month.
Council Tax: ~£70/month.
Bills: ~£30/month.
Availability: Earliest move-in from December.
Tenancy: Until August 2025.
