Flatmate wanted for single room

Hi I’m looking for a flatmate to rent the single room in a 2b1b flat. This is a small but cozy flat, you’ll have your own room furnished with single bed, office desk and wardrobe. Bedding, furniture, kitchenware, and a washing machine are all included.

*Location*:
• A 5-minute walk to Newington Road bus stop, with several bus routes directly reaching the University of Edinburgh and the city center.
• 20-minute bus ride to the city centre.

*Great surroundings*:
• A 5-minute walk to the Meadows park and a 15-minute walk to Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood Park, ideal for walking or hiking.

*Lifestyle Convenience*:
• There’s a Tesco right downstairs, and a Sainsbury’s within walking distance.
• Plenty of nearby restaurants and takeaways, making dining and shopping super convenient.

*About myself:*
I’m currently a phd student studying biology in University of Edinburgh. I love nature and usually spend the weekends outside.

I prefer mature female student as my flatmate. Professional is also welcome but then you have to pay the council tax by yourself. I’m quiet and easygoing, and I hope my flatmate is not a party animal, and could enjoy their own time. I love biology and everything related with nature, also cooking, film, reading, and fitness. I could be chatty if there’s some topic I’m interested in☺️

Bills include electricity and wifi, no gas in this flat. It will be around £60-£110 per person per month.
