A double bedroom is available in my flat in Trinity /Leith from 1 April 2026 - nearby Victoria Park, connected to the many cycle paths across Edinburgh as well as the Water of Leith walkway.
The room is west facing, has a double bed, 2 x bed side cabiners, chest of drawers and clothes rack. The rest of the flat is equally as spacious and includes an office room, with window (current tenant is using this), fully equipped kitchen, modern wetroom / bathroom and large living room with fireplace.
There is gas central heating and broadband. Council tax, electricity and broadband are included in the rent. Gas will be included (within reason over winter).
