4 bedroom main door HMO in Abbeyhill

Hey folks,

Our lovely flatmate has realised her dream of buying her own place and so we are looking for someone to take over her room in our 4 bedroom HMO in sunny Abbeyhill! 🌞

The flat is a main door ground floor in an amazing location with Easter Rd and Arthur's Seat on the doorstep. Loads of independent coffee shops and nice pubs on our doorstep, a 15 minute walk to Princes Street, or a 15 minute cycle to Portobello.

The bedroom has a bed, desk, walk-in wardrobe, and a sofa that you can keep or we can remove for more space, as you prefer.

There is only one bathroom so we are likely not looking for a couple ideally otherwise it gets busy in the mornings!

You will be sharing with Kate, Dimitris and Sean, all professionals working Mon-Fri. We are living together rather that just alongside each other, with a shared meal/film/chat most weeks - looking for someone who's excited about this, and to make the flat a homely space. Ideally we are looking for someone female or non-binary who is planning on staying for a while (obviously plans change!)

Bills (council tax, energy and wifi) are currently around £110 each
