Rent is £650 per month and the other bills (council tax band A, electricity, broadband) equate to around £100 per month in total per person so you're looking at £750 all in every month.
Front and back garden access and plenty of free on street parking outside the flat.

Lidl, Home Bargains, Greggs and a number of restaurants are all at a 2 minute walk and bus stop is closeby for easy access on Lothian busses throughout Edinburgh.

The other flatmate is a working professional, tidy and clean and we are looking for an easy going and friendly individual to move into the flat.
