Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over tenancy on the 7th of March as my flatmate is moving out.

About the flat / room:
- Double room, furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table
- Shared sunny living room with dining table
- 2 mins from meadows, 10 mins to central campus and 2 mins from direct buses routes to the city etc!
- Professionals welcome if you’re happy to pay council tax (band C including 25% discount)
- Must be lgbt friendly
- Bills are around £50 in summer and £80 in winter

I am a 22 year old postgraduate student studying medicine and have lived in the flat for a year and a half now. With the nature of my degree I spend a lot of time at university and am home in the evenings. I value a quiet living environment and would like to live with someone who is quiet, tidy and friendly (this isn’t a party household:) In my spare time i enjoy reading, going for walks and cooking!
