Single room available for rent in old town!

Hello! My flatmate will be moving out so there's going to be a single room available in my flat in old town from the 1st of May.

A little bit about the flat:
It's a two bedroom flat on the 3rd floor with one shared bathroom, a spacious living room, and a kitchen, with plenty of storage space. We rent from The Flat Company who are great and quick at responding to any repairs that might be needed.
The flat is in a great location, very central in old town and gets a lot of sunlight!

A little bit about me:
I am a 24 year old professional and I work from home 3-4 days a week. I have lived in Edinburgh for over 6 years now and I have lived in this flat for over 3 years! I like hosting little dinners/movie nights sometimes and the occasional and very infrequent night out :)

Ideal flatmate:
Ideally I am looking for another female professional who is looking to stay long-term. This flat is really ideally situated for uni students so I could be open to that if willing to share council tax. Short-term lets will not be considered. I like my alone time but would love to stay with someone who I could be friends with and spend time with in the evenings and over the weekends :)
